How does the Singapore e-Visa work for Russians?
Singapore grants visas electronically, so a Russian applicant receives an e-Visa to print and carry with the passport. Nothing is stamped in ahead of time, which is the standard process and not a hint that something's missing.
Carry it as a printout and as a phone photo, so a missing page or a drained battery never holds up the check on arrival. The e-Visa shows your approved travel window, so keep your flights inside it.
An approved e-Visa gets you to a Singapore checkpoint but doesn't on its own guarantee entry. An ICA officer makes the final decision in person, the same as for any other visitor.
