Form V39A Letter of Introduction, signed by your own contact or by our Singapore company
Some Singapore Overseas Missions and authorised visa agents will only accept a visit-visa application with a Form V39A Letter of Introduction from a local contact in Singapore. This plan adds that letter to your Form 14A package. If you have an eligible Singapore contact, we prepare the letter for them to sign. If you have nobody there and your permitted route asks for the letter, our Singapore company can sign it for an eligible case. Your manager confirms which applies inside your application. After payment you receive the letter, the official blank and your completed Form 14A by e-mail; you, your contact or your agency then submit through your route. We do not file the application, and the ICA or Mission fee is paid separately.
Who this is for
- Applicants filing through a Singapore Overseas Mission or an authorised visa agent that requires a Letter of Introduction.
- Travellers whose own eligible Singapore contact will sign a Form V39A, or who have no contact there and need our Singapore company to sign for an eligible case.
- Agencies preparing a client's case that needs a local-contact letter — the package lands in your inbox.
What you'll need
- A confirmed permitted filing route (mission or authorised agent) that accepts a Letter of Introduction.
- The applicant's passport data page and a visa photo.
- Travel dates, purpose of the visit and where you'll stay in Singapore.
Our part is fully online
- Send your passport scan, photo and bookings online: upload them here or send them by e-mail, Telegram or WhatsApp.
- Check your details, confirm and pay online.
- Before you fly, fill in the free SG Arrival Card online.
US$29 and US$49 plans: our part — the form, the letter and the checks — is done online. A Singapore contact or agency files online with ICA. If you apply through a Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised agent, the Mission's own rules apply, and it may ask you to submit in person or by courier.
ICA alone decides on the application and how long it takes.
How it works
- 1
Answer a few questions & pay
Tell us your nationality, dates and plan, then check out securely.
- 2
We prepare & check your Form 14A
You complete your details; we validate them against common refusal reasons.
- 3
You review, your contact or agency submits
You approve the prepared Form 14A; we e-mail the ready package (and, on the sponsor-letter plan, the signed Form V39A) to you and to your local contact or agency, who submits it and confirms with one click. We do not file it.
On the plans where we submit, our estimate is 3–4 working days after we file; on the Multiple-entry (express) plan ICA's decision usually arrives in about 2 working days. ICA decides the outcome and timing. On the Form 14A package and the sponsor letter the clock starts when your own filer submits, which we do not control. A visa never guarantees entry — ICA officers decide at the checkpoint.
Applying yourself vs with us
Using your own permitted filing route
Your travel document determines whether you need a visa. If you apply abroad, check the Singapore Overseas Mission serving where you live: it may use an appointed agent or its own procedure. An eligible contact in Singapore may instead use ICA's online route.

Questions, answered
Getting started
How long does it take to apply?
The quick start takes about a minute — nationality, dates and plan. You complete the full Form 14A details after checkout, and review everything before it's filed.
What do I need before I start?
A passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent visa photo on a white background, your travel dates, a return or onward ticket, and your accommodation booking (hotel or apartment).
Do I need a local contact in Singapore?
Not with us. If you have no local contact with SingPass, our Full-support plan includes filing support — we arrange an eligible route and file. If your mission or agent route only asks for a Form V39A Letter of Introduction, the US$49 sponsor letter covers it for eligible cases. If you do have a local contact or an agency, the US$29 package sends them the ready Form 14A to submit.
Do I need to go to an embassy?
No, if we file for you. On the US$149 and US$249 plans we submit your Form 14A online with ICA: you send documents, confirm and pay online, and we e-mail you the e-Visa PDF. There is no embassy visit, interview or fingerprinting. On the US$29 and US$49 plans our part is online too, but if you then file through a Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised agent, the Mission's own rules apply and it may ask you to submit in person or by courier. ICA decides every application.
Pricing & payment
Is anything added to the price?
The price you see is what you pay us — nothing is added at checkout. On the plans where we file (US$149 and US$249), the current ICA fee is included. On the US$29 and US$49 plans, whoever files your application pays the ICA fee separately.
How do I pay?
Securely via Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Stripe emails you an official receipt. For a few nationalities where card checkout isn't available, a specialist arranges a secure payment route.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms depend on the selected plan. The Form 14A package covers preparation and review; the customer's own local contact or agency submits it. The sponsor letter covers the check and a Form V39A signed either by the customer's own eligible Singapore contact or, on an eligible mission or authorised-agent route, by our Singapore company; the customer, their contact or their agency submits it. Plans with filing support include submission only for an eligible, complete and accurate case. The ICA fee is non-refundable after it is paid or the application is submitted. Eligibility for a service-fee refund depends on the plan, the stage and the work already delivered; contact support for a case review. An ICA refusal does not mean the service was not delivered, and ICA decisions are never guaranteed.
About your visa
Do you guarantee approval?
You review the prepared Form 14A before filing and receive case and status communication after submission. ICA alone decides visa approval and entry at the checkpoint.
How will I get my visa?
On the plans where we file, as a PDF by e-mail once ICA issues it. On the Form 14A package and the sponsor letter, ICA returns the result to whoever submitted it — your local contact, your agency or the mission — and they pass it to you. Print it and carry it with your passport. A visa doesn't guarantee entry; ICA officers decide at the checkpoint.
About us
Are you the government / ICA?
No. VisatoSingapore is not ICA or a government website. We independently prepare Form 14A, review documents and support eligible filing through a permitted route.
How is my data protected?
Your details and passport images are encrypted (AES-256) and processed under Singapore's PDPA. We ask consent before collecting anything, and you can withdraw it.
