Service identity & scope
VisatoSingapore provides independent Singapore visa information, Form 14A preparation, document review and eligible filing support through a permitted route. We are not ICA, MFA, a Singapore Overseas Mission, or a Mission-appointed visa agent. ICA decides visa approval and entry.
Privacy notice (PDPA)
This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We ask for your consent before collecting your data, and you can withdraw it at any time.
What we collect: only what Form 14A needs — your name, date of birth, sex, nationality, passport details, intended travel dates, and contact details (email, phone), plus the messages you send our assistant.
We use application data to prepare, validate and support filing of Form 14A where applicable, and to contact you about the case. OpenAI may process uploaded passport content and chat messages to extract details and assist you. Data may be shared with the processors listed below and, where needed, an eligible filing party or channel. We do not sell personal data. ICA decisions are separate and are never automated by our service.
Processors used where relevant include OpenAI for document extraction and chat assistance, Telegram for messages and files when you choose that channel, Stripe for payment, Resend for email, and our hosting and database providers. Each receives the data needed for its function and operates under its own published terms and privacy policy.
The site uses Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics and, when configured, Meta Pixel to measure visits and funnel performance and to support marketing. Cookie and consent controls apply. Pseudonymous and browser identifiers may be processed outside Singapore. Passport and document content is not used for advertising targeting.
How we protect it: application records and confirmation links are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) at rest and in the link; data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS); access is restricted to authorised staff.
How long we keep it: application records for up to 180 days after your case closes, then deleted; chat history and temporary uploads for 24 hours; support enquiries only as long as needed to resolve them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner. The /delete bot command erases our session data, but Telegram and Stripe retain their own copies or mandatory records under their policies.
To request access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion, email support@visatosingapore.com. We may first verify that the request belongs to the applicant. Telegram, Stripe and other processors may retain records under their own policies or legal duties.
Refund policy
Refund terms depend on the selected plan. Form-only covers preparation and review; the customer or their permitted filer submits it. Plans with filing support include submission only for an eligible, complete and accurate case. The ICA fee is non-refundable after it is paid or the application is submitted. Eligibility for a service-fee refund depends on the plan, the stage and the work already delivered; contact support for a case review. An ICA refusal does not mean the service was not delivered, and ICA decisions are never guaranteed.
Terms of service
We provide assistance, not legal advice, and we do not guarantee visa approval. Fees are shown broken out before payment and charged as one transaction. By using our service you confirm the information you provide is accurate. These terms are governed by Singapore law.
