About VisatoSingapore

VisatoSingapore is an independent service built around one job: getting a Singapore entry-visa application right. We check whether you actually need a visa, prepare and proofread Form 14A, get the documents to agree with each other, and file eligible cases through a permitted route. The same help runs in ten languages, next to our editorial guides and a round-the-clock chat assistant.

We charge flat, up-front service plans and nothing for things that are already free. The SG Arrival Card is the clearest example — it is free at ICA, so we say so on every page it appears on rather than quietly bundling it in.

We are independent: not ICA, MFA, a Singapore Overseas Mission, or a visa agent appointed by a Mission. We prepare Form 14A, review documents and support eligible filing through a permitted route. We cannot issue a visa, decide who is admitted, or promise an outcome; final visa and checkpoint decisions belong to ICA.

Every page is prepared and reviewed against primary sources — ICA, Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) where relevant. We link those sources on the pages they support so you can verify the detail yourself.

Fees and processing times change, so we treat them with care: monetary figures render from a single source of truth and show the date they were last verified, and we re-check ICA's S$30 government fee before any application is submitted. Where an answer depends on your exact case, we say so and point to the authoritative ICA guidance rather than inventing a number. In practice the thing we send back most often is small and human — a name typed differently from the passport — which is exactly why a person reads every file.
