VisaToSingapore
Who operates this service, how we keep visa information accurate, and the team behind the guidance.
VisaToSingapore is an independent visa-assistance service. We help travellers check whether they need a Singapore entry visa, prepare their Form 14A correctly, and submit it through an authorised ICA partner. The same guidance is available in ten languages, alongside editorial guides and a 24/7 chat assistant.
We make money from clear, flat service plans — never from charging for things that are free. The SG Arrival Card, for example, is free at the official ICA service, and we say so on every relevant page.
We are not affiliated with the Government of Singapore or the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). We do not issue visas and we cannot decide who is admitted. A visa allows you to travel to a Singapore checkpoint; ICA officers make the final admission decision in person. We never guarantee approval or entry, and we are careful to describe our role accurately: we prepare and submit your Form 14A through our authorised ICA partner.
Every page is prepared and reviewed against primary sources — ICA, Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) where relevant. We link those sources on the pages they support so you can verify the detail yourself.
Fees and processing times change, so we treat them with care: monetary figures render from a single source of truth and show the date they were last verified, and we re-check the government fee before any application is submitted. Where an answer depends on your exact case, we say so and point to the authoritative ICA guidance rather than inventing a number.
