如何填写新加坡签证 Form 14A：实用 field-by-field 提示

Form 14A 不长，但不能随便填。实用规则很简单：exactly copy official documents，保持 travel story consistent，不要在需要事实的 field 上猜。

本 guide 讲的是如何 cleanly 填写表格。每一部分是什么意思，可以看我们另一篇 Form 14A explainer；这里重点是输入数据时常犯的 mistakes。

Name、date of birth、sex、nationality 和 country of birth 按 passport 原样填写。不要漏掉 middle names，不要无故反转 name order，也不要把姓名翻成更熟悉的 spelling。如果 passport 有 alias 或 previous name，请认真处理，不要忽略。

慢慢输入 passport number、issue date、expiry date 和 issuing country，然后再与 passport 对一遍。Arrival 和 departure dates 应与 tickets 和 accommodation 一致。如果 passport 在 intended departure from Singapore 后不足六个月有效，请先 renew 再申请。

Occupation 和 income 要如实填写，并与 supporting documents 的故事一致。Singapore address 应是真实 hotel booking 或 host address，并覆盖整个 stay。如果 hotel 在同行者名下，请保留能证明你与该 booking 相关的 evidence。

如果有 local contact，请填写知道这份 application 且可联系的人。如果没有，请核对 authorised application route，而不是编一个。Antecedent questions 要 truthfully answer；过去的 refusal 或 issue 解释清楚，比隐藏更安全。

任何文件提交前，把 form 与 passport、ticket、hotel booking、funds evidence 和 photo 对照。最常见的 corrections 都很小：一个数字错、一项日期不一致、漏了 middle name，或 contact detail 无法 verify。
