What the SG Arrival Card is, and why it's free

Every traveller to Singapore submits it. Here's what it is, when to file it, and why you shouldn't pay for it.

The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is an electronic arrival declaration that every traveller must submit before entering Singapore. It is not a visa, and it is completely free at the official ICA service.

When to submit

The SGAC can be submitted within three days before arrival, including the day of arrival. A health declaration is included where required.

Do not pay for it

Because the SGAC is free, you should never be charged for the card itself. We provide guidance and visa assistance — the arrival card remains free at ica.gov.sg.
