Check Singapore e-Visa status and download the approved copy

To check Singapore e-Visa status, open ICA SAVE and enter the application reference with the travel-document number. A passport or travel-document number on its own is not enough. If the visa is approved, get the e-Visa copy from the person or organisation that filed the application, or through the permitted ICA route. This page helps you choose the right route without collecting passport data.

This page does not collect passport numbers or application references. Enter personal status data only on the official ICA/SAVE service. If you do not have the reference, ask the organisation that filed the case or use ICA's enquiry form to request help retrieving it.

Do not pay a fake status portal

A private website cannot turn a pending or refused Form 14A case into an approved e-Visa. Check with ICA, the local contact, strategic partner, authorised visa agent or Singapore Overseas Mission connected to the filing route.

Choose how your visa application was filed

01

VisatoSingapore prepared the case

Use your VisatoSingapore tracking link for workflow updates. It shows our preparation and submission status, then points you to the official decision route where needed.

  1. Open the tracking page we sent after intake.
  2. Check whether your file is in preparation, submitted, waiting for more information or completed.
  3. After approval, compare the e-Visa details with the passport before travel.

02

A local contact or another agent filed it

Ask the person or organisation that submitted Form 14A for the application reference and approved e-Visa copy. You can use the reference with the travel-document number in ICA SAVE.

  1. Request the application reference and current status from the submitter.
  2. Confirm the passport number and name match the application exactly.
  3. Avoid duplicate applications unless the official route or submitter tells you to.

You need the official ICA status route

Use ICA's Check Status / Make Appointment page or SAVE when you need the official Singapore entry-visa result rather than a private status screen.

  1. Open the ICA status page and choose the Entry Visa route where shown.
  2. Enter the application reference and travel-document number exactly as submitted.
  3. Use only official ICA pages or the submitter connected to the case.
  4. Do not enter passport data into lookalike status websites.

You only submitted SG Arrival Card

SG Arrival Card is not a visa. Visa-free travellers may only need the free ICA arrival declaration, while visa-required travellers still need the entry visa before travel.

  1. Do not treat an SG Arrival Card acknowledgement as a Singapore visa.
  2. Check whether your nationality needs an entry visa.
  3. Use the free ICA SG Arrival Card route close to travel where required.

Official status source

ICA's Check Status / Make Appointment page includes Entry Visa, and SAVE provides a public individual-application enquiry. Enter the visa application reference number and the applicant's travel-document number. If you do not have the reference, ask the original filer or contact ICA through its enquiry form with the applicant's name and passport number so ICA can help retrieve it.

Haven't applied yet?

This tracker only covers applications filed through VisatoSingapore. If you haven't started one, check whether your nationality needs a visa — and if it does, you can file it here.

VisatoSingapore provides independent Form 14A preparation and filing support for eligible Singapore entry-visa applications. We are not ICA and do not decide approval or entry. The SG Arrival Card is free at ica.gov.sg.

Status and e-Visa retrieval by traveller market

Indian passport holders

For India-origin Form 14A cases, use ICA's SAVE enquiry with the application reference and travel-document number. If the reference is missing, ask the local contact, strategic partner, appointed agent or service that filed the case. Do not rely on passport-number-only lookup pages.

Pakistani passport holders

Pakistani applicants can use SAVE once they have the application reference and travel-document number. Ask the submitter for the reference and approved e-Visa copy where available; an SG Arrival Card acknowledgement is not visa approval.

Bangladeshi passport holders

Bangladeshi applicants can use SAVE with the application reference and travel-document number. For applications filed in Bangladesh, ask the High Commission-listed authorised agent for the reference and approved e-Visa copy; VisatoSingapore tracking is not an ICA result.

UAE / GCC residents using visa-required passports

A UAE, Qatar or GCC residence permit does not decide visa need. If Form 14A was filed, use its application reference and travel-document number in SAVE and ask the original filer for the approved e-Visa copy.

Status check FAQ

Does Singapore visa check mean visa status or visa eligibility?

If an entry-visa application has already been submitted, use this status route with the application reference and travel-document number. If no application exists and you only need to know whether your passport requires a visa, use the visa eligibility checker first. These are different checks, and neither an SG Arrival Card nor a passport number alone proves visa approval.

Is ICA passport status the same as Singapore visa status?

No. A Singapore passport application or passport-service status is a different ICA journey. For an entry-visa result, use the Entry Visa or SAVE route with the visa application reference and travel-document number. This page routes visa-status searches and does not check Singapore passport applications.

Can I check Singapore visa status by passport number here?

No. VisatoSingapore does not collect passport data on this public page, and ICA SAVE requires both the visa application reference and the applicant's travel-document number. If the reference is missing, ask the original filer or contact ICA through its enquiry form with the applicant's name and passport number so ICA can help retrieve it.

Who can print the approved e-Visa?

The local contact, strategic partner, authorised visa agent or Singapore Overseas Mission route that filed the case can normally provide the approved e-Visa copy. Verify its details through ICA SAVE before travel.

Does an approved e-Visa guarantee entry?

No. A visa lets a traveller seek entry. ICA officers at the checkpoint decide entry and the Visit Pass / e-Pass period.

This route finder is informational. ICA makes the visa decision and checkpoint-entry decision. Requirements and e-Service flows can change, so verify on ica.gov.sg before travel.
