Pakistani applicants can use SAVE once they have the application reference and travel-document number. Ask the submitter for the reference and approved e-Visa copy where available; an SG Arrival Card acknowledgement is not visa approval.
Bangladeshi applicants can use SAVE with the application reference and travel-document number. For applications filed in Bangladesh, ask the High Commission-listed authorised agent for the reference and approved e-Visa copy; VisatoSingapore tracking is not an ICA result.
Egyptian applicants can use ICA SAVE with the application reference and travel-document number. Ask the permitted original Form 14A filer for the reference and approved e-Visa copy. An SG Arrival Card acknowledgement or a passport-only status portal is not proof of visa approval.
A UAE, Qatar or GCC residence permit does not decide visa need. If Form 14A was filed, use its application reference and travel-document number in SAVE and ask the original filer for the approved e-Visa copy.
Open Enquire Application Status in ICA SAVE with the visa application reference and travel-document number. If the result shows an approved e-Visa, select Print e-Visa to save or print it. ICA strongly encourages you to bring a printout for airline and departure checks. If you lack the reference, ask whoever filed the application or use ICA's enquiry form.
A PDF sent by an agent is not proof on its own. ICA says to retrieve the e-Visa through its SAVE Enquire Application Status service.
