What are the Singapore visa requirements for Russian citizens?

Russia visa requirements: confirm the entry route before Form 14A
A Russian ordinary passport holder entering Singapore for a short visit needs a pre-travel entry visa. ICA exempts Russian diplomatic and service passports from the entry-visa requirement, so confirm the travel-document type before using the ordinary-passport checklist.
- For the ordinary-passport route, prepare a signed Form 14A, a recent passport-sized colour photograph and a copy of the passport biodata page; ICA may request additional supporting documents case by case.
- Confirm the submitter before filing: ICA accepts online submission through a strategic partner or local contact in Singapore, or through the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised visa agent.
- Keep a Changi transit or possible VFTF case separate from an entry application, and do not treat either route as an approval guarantee; ICA assesses each application on its own merits.
