What are the Singapore visa requirements for Russian citizens?
Short answer
A Russian passport holder needs a visa for Singapore, with no visa on arrival, so the application is made before you travel through a permitted filing route: a Singapore local contact or strategic partner, a Singapore Overseas Mission / authorised visa agent, or VisatoSingapore where our filing support is eligible for your case. We are not ICA, and final visa and entry decisions stay with ICA.

Beyond the visa, keep a passport with validity to spare, proof of onward or return travel, and the means to cover your stay. A reviewing officer weighs each, and ICA holds the final decision in every case.
What moves an application along is a clear picture of a short, self-funded visit you intend to leave at its end. A clear, consistent file gives ICA fewer loose ends to query; it does not change ICA's decision, timing, or outcome. Helping you put that picture across is what our pre-submission check is for.
