An ordinary Russian passport holder needs a visa before entering Singapore. If you apply in Russia, the Singapore Embassy in Moscow refers applicants to its appointed agents. If you live abroad, check the procedure of the Singapore Mission where you will apply.

  • If the connection stays airside or qualifies for VFTF, check that route separately. SG Arrival Card is a free arrival declaration and does not replace a visa.
