Singapore authorised visa agent: how to choose the right filing route
Short answer
Choose the Singapore visa filing route that matches what you already have: prepare Form 14A, apply with a genuine Singapore sponsor, or use full filing support where eligible. VisatoSingapore plans start at $39, with clear scope and no extra fee added at checkout.

The right Singapore visa filing route depends on what you already have. If you only need Form 14A prepared, use form-only help. If you have a genuine Singapore sponsor with Singpass, choose supported submission. If you do not have your own sponsor, full filing support may be available for an eligible case.
VisatoSingapore is an independent document-preparation and filing-support service, not ICA or a Singapore Overseas Mission-appointed authorised agent. ICA remains the authority for entry-visa rules and final decisions, and no service can promise visa approval or entry at the checkpoint.
What does a Singapore authorised visa agent do?
For visa-required travellers, ICA describes several permitted routes: a Singapore local contact with Singpass/Corppass, a strategic partner, an authorised visa agent appointed by a Singapore Overseas Mission, or the Singapore Overseas Mission itself. The right route depends on the passport, where the applicant is filing from, and the live Mission procedure.
In practice, a proper visa agent helps turn scattered travel details into a coherent Form 14A application. That means checking names against the passport, reviewing travel dates, photo, accommodation, funds evidence and local-contact details, then submitting eligible cases through the permitted route where the agent is allowed to do so.
India, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai visa-agent searches
India-based applicants often search for an authorised visa agent for Singapore in India, Singapore visa agents in Bangalore or Bengaluru, or a visa agent in Delhi, Mumbai or Chennai. Treat those as route-check searches, not proof that any travel agency can file Form 14A.
Start from ICA and the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission or MFA page for the place you are filing from. Mission-appointed authorised-agent lists and procedures can change, so confirm the current New Delhi, Chennai or Mumbai instructions before choosing a filing route or sharing passport data.
VisatoSingapore is not a Mission-appointed authorised agent. We can prepare Form 14A, review document consistency and support eligible filing through a permitted route where our service applies; ICA remains the final decision-maker for visa approval and checkpoint entry.
Which level of Singapore visa support fits your application?
Form-only support costs $39 and suits travellers who already have a permitted submission route. We prepare and review Form 14A; the customer submits through that route and pays ICA's S$30 visa fee separately.
Done-for-you support costs $69 for an eligible case with the customer's own genuine Singapore sponsor holding Singpass. Full support costs $149 for an eligible supported route when the customer does not have their own sponsor. Both submission plans include ICA's S$30 fee, and nothing is added at checkout.
Whichever route you choose, the usual service estimate is 3–4 working days after submission to ICA. This is a service estimate, not a promise of an ICA decision, visa approval or entry.
What can a visa agent not promise?
No agent can promise approval, a specific visa type, a specific Visit Pass period, or entry at the checkpoint. ICA considers each application on its own merits, and officers decide whether a traveller may enter Singapore when they arrive.
Be careful with any site that sells guaranteed approval, says the SG Arrival Card is a paid visa, hides who actually files Form 14A, or pushes you to use a fake local contact. Those shortcuts may look convenient, but they can create a weaker and less credible application.
Keep travel booking and visa filing separate
Flights, hotels and insurance do not show that a provider is permitted to file Form 14A. Before paying for visa filing, verify who will submit the application and check that route against the current ICA page or the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission page.
DIY is best when the applicant has a genuine local contact and simple documents. VisatoSingapore provides independent Form 14A preparation and filing support: we prepare the file, review consistency, explain local-contact requirements, and support eligible submission through a permitted route.
How should you compare Singapore visa filing support?
Start with scope and total cost. Entry-visa support is separate from work passes, Student's Pass, Dependant's Pass and long-term family routes. The service should explain who prepares Form 14A, who submits it, whether ICA's S$30 fee is included and what changes if the traveller has no Singapore sponsor.
Then check the process. Reliable filing support asks for passport details exactly as printed, checks the photo and supporting documents for consistency, uses current ICA or Mission sources and states the approval boundary clearly. A filing route should work with ICA's rules, not claim to bypass them.
Where does VisatoSingapore fit?
VisatoSingapore is an independent Singapore visa preparation and filing-support service. We prepare Form 14A, review document consistency and support eligible submission through a permitted route. Final visa approval and entry decisions remain with Singapore's ICA.
Choose Form-only for $39 if you already have a permitted submission route, Done-for-you for $69 if an eligible application has your own genuine Singapore sponsor, or Full support for $149 if an eligible supported route does not require the customer to provide their own sponsor. Submission plans include ICA's S$30 fee and show the full amount before checkout.
We also operate as an information portal: country guides, document checklists, Form 14A help, local-contact guidance, SG Arrival Card explanations and transit/VFTF notes help travellers understand the route before choosing a service.
