Form 14A package, sponsor letter or Full support: which Singapore visa plan fits

The short answer: choose the Form 14A package if your eligible Singapore contact with SingPass, company filer with Corppass, or agency authorised for your route will submit and you mainly need the form done right. Choose the Form V39A letter plan if a Letter of Introduction is needed: we can prepare it for your own eligible local contact to sign and file through ICA, or, for eligible mission or authorised-agent cases without your own contact, our Singapore sponsor can sign it for you to submit through that route. Choose Full support if you need us to arrange an eligible route and file. Choose the Multiple-entry (express) plan when your trip pattern justifies asking for multiple entries. ICA decides every application.

The wrong choice usually comes from confusing preparation with approval. A cleaner form and consistent documents can reduce avoidable mistakes, but no service can guarantee that ICA will approve the visa or that checkpoint officers will grant entry.

Form 14A package, US$29: we fill in and double-check Form 14A in your language and e-mail the ready package to your permitted filer. The package includes the completed IMM 14A, your photo, passport page and bookings. Your filer follows the applicable ICA or Singapore Overseas Mission procedure and pays the official filing charge separately. We do not file it.

Form V39A letter, US$49: if your eligible Singapore local contact will sign and file through ICA, we prepare the letter with their real details and send it to them with your Form 14A and documents; they add their NRIC or UEN and sign. If you have no such contact but your permitted mission or authorised-agent route asks for a Letter of Introduction, our Singapore sponsor can sign for an eligible case and you or your agency submit through that route. We do not file on this plan; the applicable official processing charge is separate. Check the Mission's payment instructions where that route applies.

Full support, US$149: no local contact needed. We arrange an eligible permitted filing route and submit the application; ICA's S$30 fee is included. Multiple-entry (express), US$249: we build a stronger file for a multiple-entry request and submit it; ICA's fee is included. ICA, not the plan, decides the visa type and validity.

Do not buy any of them if the traveller does not need a Singapore entry visa for that passport and trip. In many visa-free cases, the right official flow is the free SG Arrival Card where ICA requires it, not paid Form 14A help.

The package is best when the applicant already has a real filer: a qualifying Singapore local contact with SingPass, an eligible company filer with Corppass, or an agency authorised for the applicable route. The service collects passport-matching details in your language, prepares Form 14A and sends a ready-to-key package to that filer.

It should also flag obvious contradictions, such as names that do not match the passport, dates that do not match bookings, a photo that is unlikely to pass checks, or an address that does not match the travel story. It does not create a filing route. Use your eligible local contact, appointed agent or the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission procedure as applicable; we do not file on this plan.

ICA lists Form V39A as a Letter of Introduction signed by a local contact when applicable; a mission or authorised agent may also ask for it. There are two distinct signing paths. If you already have an eligible local contact who will file through ICA, we can fill the letter with that contact's real details and send it to them to add their NRIC or UEN and sign. If you have nobody in Singapore and your permitted mission or authorised-agent route asks for the letter, our Singapore sponsor can complete and sign it for an eligible case after we check the application.

The US$49 plan prepares the letter and Form 14A; it does not file the application. Your own eligible contact files through ICA, or you or your agency submit through the permitted mission or agent route when our sponsor signs. The filing party pays the official processing charge separately. If your own contact can file and no letter is needed, the US$29 Form 14A package may be enough. A letter does not change ICA's decision standard, and the filing route may ask for more documents.

Full support is for travellers with no local contact who want us to handle the filing. We arrange an eligible permitted route, prepare the Letter of Introduction where the route allows it, submit the application and pay ICA's fee as part of the price. It only applies to eligible cases after the permitted route has been confirmed.

The Multiple-entry (express) plan is our only plan that includes preparation and filing support for a Multiple Journey request. An eligible filer can request Multiple Journey on ICA's Form 14A without buying this plan. Our plan adds a cover letter, travel pattern and funds review; we file within 1 working day of receiving all required documents. ICA may issue a different journey type or validity period.

If your nationality does not need a Singapore entry visa for the trip, there may be no Form 14A to prepare. In that case the correct path is usually the free SG Arrival Card where ICA requires it, plus meeting normal entry conditions.

Do not buy Form 14A help for work passes, Student's Pass, Dependant's Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or permanent residence. Those are separate ICA or MOM processes. VisatoSingapore's paid scope today is Singapore travel or entry visas and Form 14A.

No plan should include an approval guarantee, a fake local contact, a paid SG Arrival Card sold as a visa, a promise of checkpoint entry, or a claim that private preparation changes ICA's decision standard.

A transparent service should separate service fees from official or Mission fees, say who submits the application, and explain which documents or route details remain under ICA, MFA or Singapore Overseas Mission control.

A completed Form 14A PDF is not proof that a visa application has been submitted. ICA does not normally require hardcopies of Form 14A or V39A in its e-Service unless it asks for them; the permitted filer still has to submit accurate information. If nobody has agreed to file through an accepted route, confirm the filing party and case eligibility before paying for any plan.

Our US$29 package prepares the form and e-mails it to your filer. It does not submit the application; the official fee is paid separately. The US$49 letter plan prepares Form V39A and Form 14A but does not file. Your eligible local contact signs and files through ICA. If an eligible Mission or authorised-agent route accepts our Singapore sponsor's letter, our sponsor signs and you or your agency submit through that route. The filing party pays the official fee separately.

On the US$149 Full support and US$249 Multiple-entry plans, we pay ICA's current fee as part of filing. Both plans require an eligible permitted route to be confirmed first. The prices buy defined work, not an approval guarantee.

Before paying, ask who will submit, whether the quoted total includes the official fee, and whether the next deliverable is a prepared package in your filer's inbox or an application reference after actual submission.
