Singapore tourist and visit visa fee: official S$30 and service costs

For a short Singapore visit, travellers often call it a tourist visa or visit visa; ICA calls it an entry visa. The official ICA processing fee for a Singapore entry-visa application is currently S$30 and is non-refundable. For eligible VisatoSingapore cases, Form-only is $39 plus the ICA fee, while Done-for-you is $69 and Full support is $149 with the S$30 ICA fee included. The selected plan price is the full checkout amount. SG Arrival Card is a free pre-arrival declaration and should never appear as a visa fee.

Form-only suits travellers who already have a permitted filing route and will submit the application themselves. Done-for-you is for applicants with a genuine Singapore sponsor, while Full support covers eligible cases without their own sponsor. We prepare and check the file, then support submission where the selected plan includes it. ICA still decides the visa outcome and Singapore officers decide entry.

Ask for an itemised price. The useful lines are the official ICA processing fee, any Singapore Overseas Mission or authorised-agent charge, the VisatoSingapore service fee and ordinary trip costs such as flights or hotels. SG Arrival Card belongs on none of those paid lines because the official declaration is free.

For many Form 14A entry-visa routes, ICA country pages list a S$30 non-refundable processing fee. Do not convert S$30 into a fixed local-currency promise: exchange rates, payment processors, mission procedures and authorised-agent charges can move, and a cached quote may be stale.

For India-specific searches, keep ICA and Mission wording side by side. ICA's India page lists S$30 where the ICA e-Service route applies; the India authorised-agent route carries its own Mission-set processing and agent service fees, published on the Mission page. That is route-specific Mission guidance, not a universal exchange-rate conversion.

ICA's country visa pages currently state a S$30 non-refundable processing fee for an entry-visa application, payable online by Visa or MasterCard where the e-Service route applies. Fees and payment routes can change, so always verify the live ICA page for your passport before relying on a saved quote or a travel-agent screenshot.

That ICA fee is not a success fee. It is paid for processing the application, and approval is still assessed on the merits of the case. A refused or withdrawn application does not automatically turn the processing fee into a refundable deposit, and it should not be presented as an approval guarantee.

India fee searches deserve extra precision because applicants often compare a Singapore-dollar ICA page, a rupee quote from a Mission page and a private agent price in the same tab. The rupee amounts for the authorised-agent route are set by the Mission and its agents and are revised periodically, so always read them from the live Mission page rather than a cached article.

Use that figure only in the New Delhi / India authorised-agent context. If a quote is for a different Mission, local agent, filing route or private preparation service, ask what part is the official processing fee, what part is the authorised-agent service fee, what part is VisatoSingapore's service fee if we are involved, and whether SG Arrival Card is being incorrectly sold as a paid visa item.

If you apply through a Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised visa agent, the procedure and any local service charge may depend on the mission and the agent's published process. If you use a private preparation service, the service fee pays for work such as Form 14A preparation, photo checks, document review, local-contact route guidance and applicant support.

The useful comparison is not just cheapest versus most expensive. Ask what the fee includes, who actually submits the application, whether the official fee is included, whether a local contact or LOI route is needed, and whether the service is clear about refunds and limits.

It does not buy ICA approval, checkpoint entry, a longer Visit Pass, a work pass, a Student's Pass, a family pass, airline tickets, hotel bookings or a paid SG Arrival Card. SG Arrival Card is free and separate from the visa application; if assistance is ever offered, it must be described as assistance with a free official flow, not as a visa fee.

A simple traveller with a genuine local contact may need less paid help than an applicant who needs sponsor support, LOI guidance, document repair or careful payment handling. Some nationalities and travel documents also involve closer review or additional supporting documents, so the preparation work is not always identical.

The visa requirement follows the passport or travel document, not the country where the traveller lives. An Indian, Pakistani or Bangladeshi passport holder living overseas may still need Form 14A, while a visa-free passport holder should not buy a Form 14A service just because the word Singapore visa appears in an ad.

Be careful with any website that sells SG Arrival Card as a paid visa, promises guaranteed approval, hides whether the official ICA fee is included, refuses to say who files Form 14A, or asks you to use a fake local contact. Cheap shortcuts can turn into a weaker application.

Before paying, check the current ICA requirement for your passport, confirm whether you need a visa at all, and make sure the total price is itemised. A good fee page should leave you knowing which part goes to the authority, which part pays for service, and which items remain free.
