How much does a Singapore visa cost for Russian passport holders?

Short answer

For a Russian ordinary-passport holder, the official Singapore visa fee is S$30. ICA charges S$30 on its online filing route. The Singapore Embassy in Moscow lists the same processing fee in roubles for applications through its authorised visa agents. An agent may charge a separate, non-refundable service fee. These are alternative filing routes; do not add both processing fees to one application.

If you apply in Russia, ask the Embassy's authorised agent for today's rouble amount, its service fee and the payment method before handing over Form 14A. The Moscow route also requires proof that you are legally present in Russia. If you live elsewhere, check the Singapore Mission that serves your location or whether an eligible contact in Singapore can file online for you.
