For Indian applicants, timing depends on the route that actually submits Form 14A, such as the ICA e-Service path, authorised-agent context or another permitted submitter.
- Start the clock only after the application is complete enough to be filed, including photo, passport biodata and trip evidence.
- Leave buffer for weekends, public holidays, route-specific handling and any ICA follow-up instead of treating a guide as a guarantee.
- Keep SG Arrival Card and VFTF checks outside the visa-processing timeline; they do not prove the e-Visa is ready.
