Singapore visa application date planner

Enter your planned arrival date to see when to prepare your documents, when the usual 30-day visa submission window opens and when the separate SG Arrival Card window begins. The result is a planning guide, not an approval forecast.

Your arrival date and route selection stay in this browser. Nothing is uploaded or sent with this planner.

Start preparing before the filing window. Then check the live ICA or Singapore Overseas Mission rule for your passport and filing route. Many official route pages ask applicants to submit within 30 days before arrival, and some cases take longer.

Application date questions

How early should I apply for a Singapore visa?

Prepare before the filing window, then follow the live rule for your passport and route. ICA country pages and Singapore Overseas Missions commonly advise applying within 30 days before arrival, while some applications can take longer.

Does the planner guarantee that my visa will be ready before travel?

No. It only creates a planning timeline. ICA considers each application on its own merits, and extra checks or route-specific handling can take longer.

Can I pay for an urgent or express Singapore visa?

Do not assume that a private service can guarantee a same-day or express ICA decision. Verify the official route and leave enough time for possible additional checks.

Is the SG Arrival Card included in the visa application timeline?

It is shown as a separate task. SGAC is a free arrival declaration generally submitted within three days before arrival, including the arrival day; it is not an entry visa.

What if I do not know my filing route yet?

Use the date planner for preparation, but confirm the official route before submitting. Depending on the case, the permitted route may use an eligible local contact, a strategic partner, or the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission or its appointed channel.

Official timing references

Check the live ICA page and the relevant Singapore Overseas Mission before submitting because route instructions can change.
