Singapore visa for Indians: the complete 2026 guide
Who needs a visa, what Form 14A asks for, how the fees break down, and the mistakes that hold applications up.
Indian passport holders need a visa to enter Singapore, and a visa on arrival is not available. Applications must be prepared in advance and submitted through an authorised channel.
What you pay
Two costs apply: our service fee for preparing and checking your application, and the ICA processing fee set by the authority. You pay them together, as one charge. The ICA fee can change, so check the date we last verified it.
Where applications go wrong
The most common causes of delay are inconsistent details across documents, a passport without six months of validity beyond departure, and weak evidence of funds or onward travel. After a refusal, applicants are usually advised to wait, fix what went wrong, and reapply with a stronger, complete application; how long to wait depends on the case, so check the current ICA guidance rather than assuming a fixed period.
