Singapore visa for Pakistani travellers: requirements, fee and timing (2026)

Yes. ICA lists Pakistan among the travel documents whose holders need a Singapore entry visa before travel. There is no visa on arrival for this route. An approved e-Visa lets you travel to Singapore and seek entry, but ICA still makes the admission decision at the checkpoint.

ICA advises submitting the application within 30 days before arrival. Its Pakistan guidance says complete applications are normally processed within three working days, excluding the day of submission, although some cases take longer. Treat that as an official processing guide rather than an approval deadline and leave room before the flight.

The core list is a completed and signed Form 14A, a recent passport-size colour photo taken within the last three months, a copy of the passport biodata page and a completed Form V39A Letter of Introduction. The passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry. ICA may ask for additional documents after reviewing the case.

Names, passport details, dates, trip purpose and contact information should agree across every document. Do not invent a Singapore contact or use a name and address that the person has not agreed to provide.

For a social visit, ICA says the Singapore local contact should be a citizen or permanent resident aged at least 21 with Singpass. For a business visit, the contact acts on behalf of a Singapore-registered business. ICA also says an embassy-issued Letter of Introduction may be accepted for a social or business visit when there is no local contact, so confirm the current process with the Singapore Overseas Mission serving your place of residence.

ICA lists an eligible strategic partner or local contact in Singapore as one route. A traveller outside Singapore can instead check the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission and its appointed authorised visa-agent route. The approved submitter can print the e-Visa after approval. Use the route that actually serves your residence and circumstances rather than paying for a contact that cannot lawfully file the case.
