Singapore visa for Pakistani travellers: 2026 essentials
Pakistani passport holders need a visa arranged in advance — there is no visa on arrival. What that means in practice, what Form 14A needs, and the steps that keep it smooth.
If you hold a Pakistani passport, Singapore requires you to arrange an entry visa before you travel. There is no visa on arrival — turning up at the checkpoint without one is not an option, so the planning has to happen at home, in advance.
Apply ahead — and leave room
Because the visa has to be in hand before departure, give yourself time. ICA processing is usually around three working days but can run longer at busy periods — this can change, so check current ICA guidance — and no agent can speed it up. Book with enough buffer that a normal processing time still lands well before you fly.
What you'll need
A passport valid for at least six months beyond your departure, a photo that meets the requirements, confirmed return or onward travel, somewhere to stay, and evidence you can fund the trip. Form 14A also asks for a local contact in Singapore — a host, or a sponsor.
That last point trips up a lot of first-time visitors: if you don't have a contact in Singapore with a SingPass to sponsor you, you can't simply file alone. It's the single most common reason people get stuck — and the reason our Sponsor-as-a-service plan exists.
Where applications tend to stall
Details that don't match across documents, funds that don't fit the stated occupation, bookings in someone else's name, and leaving the application too late. None of these are exotic — they're ordinary mistakes, which is exactly why they're avoidable.
How we help
We gather your Form 14A details, check each one as we go, and prepare the completed form — then submit it through our authorised ICA partner. If you have no sponsor, we can act as one. You can read the full picture on our Pakistan visa overview.
