For a Nigerian visitor, an approved e-Visa lets you travel to the checkpoint and ask to enter. You still submit the free SG Arrival Card separately. ICA decides entry and the permitted stay at the border; neither the e-Visa nor the dates on a conference invitation set the last day on the e-Pass.

Transit is route-specific. If Nigeria passport holders stay airside and do not clear Singapore immigration, the stop may be treated as transit; if they clear immigration, check the normal entry-visa route and ICA's current transit rules.
Form 14A and supporting documents can be prepared online, but that does not mean every Nigerian applicant can submit directly to ICA. The filing step must use a currently permitted route, so confirm who will submit the case before paying for preparation or support.
ICA's Nigeria checklist includes a completed Form V39A (Letter of Introduction). A local contact issuing it must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident aged at least 21 with Singpass; for a business visit, they must act for the Singapore-registered business. If you cannot obtain a local-contact LOI, ICA also accepts an LOI from your Embassy. Confirm the submission arrangements with the permitted filing route; preparing documents online is not the same as submitting directly to ICA.

Do not assume there is a walk-in counter or send documents to an unverified address. Check the Singapore Overseas Mission serving your place of residence and ICA's live instructions to identify the permitted route. Confirm whether originals, an appointment or an appointed agent are required before travelling or handing over a passport.
You may request Multiple Journey on Form 14A when genuine repeat travel supports it, but the permitted route and supporting evidence still apply. The request is not a purchasable guarantee: ICA decides whether to approve the application, which journey type to issue and its validity. Verify the issued e-Visa rather than an agency label.
Check the date of the visa rejection. ICA accepts appeals through its enquiry form within one month. Ask the original filer about the required documents and the Singapore local contact's role. ICA does not disclose refusal reasons; if you apply again, correct verifiable errors without assuming a mandatory waiting period or a known cause.
