What documents does a Nigerian passport holder need for a Singapore visa?
Short answer
For a business or social visit with an ordinary Nigerian passport, ICA lists a signed Form 14A, a passport-sized colour photo taken within the last three months, a copy of the passport biodata page and a completed Form V39A (Letter of Introduction, or LOI). The passport must be valid for at least six months from entry into Singapore.

The LOI may come from an eligible Singapore local contact. For a social visit, that contact must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident aged at least 21 with Singpass; for a business visit, the contact acts for a Singapore-registered business. ICA says an LOI issued by your Embassy may also be accepted if you cannot obtain one from a local contact. Ask the permitted filer which route and LOI apply to your case.
A local contact or strategic partner may submit through ICA's e-Service in Singapore. An application at a Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised agent follows that Mission's own procedure, wherever you live. ICA may request further evidence case by case; documents in another language need official English translations. Check the live ICA page and the chosen Mission before submitting.
