What are the Singapore visa requirements for Kazakhstan passport holders?

An ordinary passport issued by Kazakhstan requires a Singapore entry visa for a short visit. The application normally centres on Form 14A, passport details, a recent passport-style photo, trip evidence and supporting documents that make the short visit credible. Kazakhstan visa requirements: passport type and transit route
ICA requires an entry visa for a Kazakhstan-issued ordinary travel document, wherever its holder lives. Diplomatic, official and service passports issued by Kazakhstan are exempt from that visa requirement.
- For a visa-required visit, ICA lists a signed Form 14A, a colour photo taken within the last three months and a passport biodata copy; further documents may be requested case by case.
- Check who may submit the application: a strategic partner or local contact in Singapore, or a Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised agent. The filing procedure abroad depends on the chosen Mission.
- A Kazakhstani national transiting to or from a third country may qualify for the 96-hour VFTF with a valid onward air ticket departing within 96 hours. ICA decides entry at the checkpoint; this is separate from an ordinary visit visa.
