Why are Singapore visa applications by Kazakhstan passport holders rejected?
Short answer
ICA does not disclose visa refusal reasons because the information is confidential. If an application made with a Kazakhstan passport is rejected, a list of possible document problems cannot establish why ICA refused it. Ask the party that submitted your application for the decision and a copy of what was submitted.

ICA's published appeal procedure allows an appeal through its enquiry form within one month of the visa rejection. It requires a passport biodata copy, a letter signed by the Singapore local contact requesting reconsideration and explaining why, other supporting documents, and the date of issue of the local contact's NRIC. Confirm with the filing party how this procedure applies to your submission route, particularly if you applied through an overseas Mission or its authorised agent.
An appeal and a fresh application are different steps. Do not assume you must wait a fixed number of months before taking action and miss the appeal deadline. Check the submitted Form 14A and evidence for factual errors, correct any errors truthfully, and confirm the procedure for a fresh application with the filing party. Finding an inconsistency does not prove that it caused the refusal.
