What are the Singapore visa requirements for Uzbekistan passport holders?

An ordinary passport issued by Uzbekistan requires a Singapore entry visa for a short visit. The application normally centres on Form 14A, passport details, a recent passport-style photo, trip evidence and supporting documents that make the short visit credible. Uzbekistan visa requirements: ordinary or diplomatic passport?
ICA requires an entry visa for an ordinary or service passport issued by Uzbekistan. Its exemption is for diplomatic passports. The travel document determines this requirement, wherever its holder lives.
- For a visa-required visit, ICA lists signed Form 14A, a colour photo taken within the last three months and a passport biodata copy. Additional evidence, such as Form V39A, may be requested case by case.
- Confirm the permitted submitter: a strategic partner or local contact in Singapore, or a Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised agent abroad. Check that Mission's current procedure before filing.
- An Uzbek national transiting to or from a third country may qualify for the 96-hour VFTF with a valid onward air ticket and departure by air within 96 hours. ICA decides entry at the checkpoint.
