Know the preparation and filing route before you start
We explain what we prepare, who can file the case and where ICA remains the decision-maker.
- Form 14A package and sponsor letter
- We fill and check Form 14A and e-mail the ready package to your own local contact or agency, who submits it. On the sponsor-letter plan the Form V39A is signed either by your own eligible Singapore contact or, when an eligible mission or authorised-agent route asks for it, by our Singapore company; your case manager confirms which applies inside your application. You or your chosen filer submit. VisatoSingapore does not file these plans.
- Plans with filing support
- Filing support is provided only when an eligible permitted route is confirmed for the case. VisatoSingapore is independent and is not ICA, MFA or a Mission-appointed agent.
- Route confirmed before filing
- We confirm the exact filing party and permitted route for the case; we never invent a sponsor or local contact. If no permitted route can be confirmed, nothing is filed—review the refund policy or contact support.

Where can I start a Singapore visa application?
First confirm that the passport needs a Singapore entry visa and that a permitted filing route is available. Eligible travellers can start a case on VisatoSingapore, then prepare Form 14A and supporting details for review and filing support. The free SG Arrival Card is separate, and ICA makes the final visa and checkpoint-entry decisions.
How long does the Singapore visa take?
By our estimate, ICA's decision usually comes 3–4 working days after the application is submitted to ICA. Some applications take longer — ICA considers each case on its own merits and no service can speed ICA up — so apply with lead time before your trip.
Who should use this Form 14A page?
Use it if your nationality needs a Singapore entry visa and you want help preparing Form 14A, checking documents and starting eligible filing support through the permitted route.
Can Indian passport holders use this Form 14A page?
Yes, when the trip is an ordinary Singapore entry-visa case and our filing support is eligible for the route. Indian applicants should still verify the live ICA India page, because Form 14A, photo, passport biodata copy, possible LOI/supporting documents, fees and filing routes can change.
Is this the free SG Arrival Card?
No. The SG Arrival Card is a free ICA pre-arrival submission at ica.gov.sg. Visa-required travellers may need both an entry visa and the SG Arrival Card.
Can VisatoSingapore guarantee approval?
No. VisatoSingapore prepares and supports eligible applications, but ICA makes the final Singapore visa and checkpoint-entry decisions.
