  • ICA — Morocco visa requirements
  • ICA — Entry visa requirements
  • ICA — SG Arrival Card

Ordinary Moroccan passport holders are not visa-free for an ordinary visit to Singapore. They need a Singapore entry visa before travel. ICA exempts holders of Moroccan diplomatic passports, not ordinary passports.

The entry visa lets you travel to Singapore and ask to enter. It is separate from the free SG Arrival Card and does not guarantee admission or a fixed stay. ICA officers make the entry decision at the checkpoint and set the Visit Pass period.

Singapore visa requirements for Moroccan citizens

The core file is a completed and signed Form 14A, a recent passport-sized colour photo taken within the last three months, a copy of the passport biodata page and a completed Form V39A / Letter of Introduction where required. The passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry.

ICA may ask for more documents. Documents that are not in English need an official English translation together with the original. Check that names, passport details, travel dates, accommodation and host information agree across the whole file.

Form V39A, LOI and the local contact

For a social visit, the Singapore local contact signing Form V39A must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident aged 21 or older with a Singpass account. For a business visit, the local contact acts for the Singapore-registered business entity.

If you do not have a suitable local contact, ICA says an LOI issued by your Embassy may be accepted for a social or business visit. A hotel address or a purchased signature is not a substitute for a genuine LOI and permitted filing route.

Where to submit the application

ICA lists two main routes: online submission by a strategic partner or local contact in Singapore, or submission through the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised visa agent. The available route depends on the applicant and filing location, so confirm the current procedure before sending documents or paying a third party.

VisatoSingapore is an independent document-preparation and filing-support service. We are not ICA, MFA, a Singapore Overseas Mission or a Mission-appointed authorised visa agent. We first check whether the case is eligible for a route we can support.

Fee, processing time and our service estimate

ICA's visa processing fee is S$30 and is not refundable. ICA says applications are generally processed within three working days, excluding the day of submission, but some cases take longer and every application is considered on its own merits.

For eligible cases we support, VisaToSingapore's customer-facing estimate is 3–4 working days after submission to ICA. This is not an approval guarantee or a promise of e-Visa issue time. ICA may take longer.

Before the file is submitted

Before submission, compare the spelling and order of every name with the passport. Recheck the passport number, travel dates, accommodation, host or business details, photo and translations. If something changed after the forms were prepared, correct the whole file rather than explaining conflicting answers later.

We can prepare Form 14A and review documents for eligible cases. We do not issue visas or promise approval. ICA decides the visa application, and Singapore officers decide entry at the checkpoint.

e-Visa, SG Arrival Card and entry

If ICA approves the application, the local contact, strategic partner or authorised visa agent can print the e-Visa through ICA's e-Service. The e-Visa is not a visa on arrival; keep a copy with the passport when travelling.

Submit the free SG Arrival Card separately within the official arrival window before entering Singapore. It does not replace the entry visa. Approval of the visa and submission of SGAC still do not guarantee admission at the checkpoint.
