家庭用 Singapore Long-Term Visit Pass：适用对象及与 Dependant's Pass 的区别

Dependant's Pass 保留给 eligible pass holders 的 legally married spouse 和低于规定年龄的 unmarried children。LTVP 范围更宽、更有弹性，是 parents、common-law partners 以及某些 step 或 handicapped children 等被 Dependant's Pass 排除的 relatives 的 route。

实际差异也很重要：持有 LTVP 本身不授予工作权。Employment 需要通过 proper channel 获得 separate authorisation 或 work pass，这与持有 visit pass 是不同问题。
