Plans & pricing
Four service plans. The final price of your selected service is shown before checkout; who submits the application and the ICA-fee status are shown separately.
Form-only (you file it)
$39USD · Preparation service
You submit it yourself
ICA government fee (SGD 30) paid by you at submission
We complete and check your Form 14A and give you a document checklist — then YOU submit it yourself, through a Singapore local contact with SingPass or an authorised visa agent. We don't file it for you.
Form-only just prepares your Form 14A — you submit it yourself, through a Singapore local contact with SingPass or an authorised visa agent. We do NOT file it for you. If you have no local contact and want us to handle filing, choose Done-for-you or Full support.
Best for: You already have a Singapore local contact with SingPass (or a visa agent) to file it.

We submit it to ICA for you
ICA government fee (SGD 30) included — we pay it for you
You have a Singapore sponsor (a local contact, or a company/organisation, with SingPass) — we prepare and submit your single-entry application through them, and check it against the common reasons for refusal.
This plan needs a Singapore sponsor on your side — a local contact, or a company/organisation, with SingPass to act as your local guarantor. We prepare and file the application through them. No sponsor in Singapore? Choose Full support and we arrange an eligible filing route for you.
Best for: You have a sponsor/guarantor in Singapore and want us to file it for you.

We submit it to ICA for you
ICA government fee (SGD 30) included — we pay it for you
We organise the evidence for a multiple-entry request: cover letter, travel pattern, and proof of funds for frequent travellers.
This plan needs a Singapore sponsor on your side — a local contact, or a company/organisation, with SingPass to act as your local guarantor. We prepare and file the application through them. No sponsor in Singapore? Choose Full support and we arrange an eligible filing route for you.
Best for: Frequent business travellers.
Start this planOn plans where we submit for you, the ICA government visa fee is included. On Form-only, you pay ICA's fee directly when you submit.
Multiple-entry visas are granted by ICA, not by us. We organise the evidence that supports the request, but cannot guarantee the outcome.
Who does what
Know the preparation and filing route before you start
We explain what we prepare, who can file the case and where ICA remains the decision-maker.
- Form-only preparation
- We prepare and check Form 14A. You or your own permitted filer submits it; VisatoSingapore does not file this plan.
- Plans with filing support
- Filing support is provided only when an eligible permitted route is confirmed for the case. VisatoSingapore is independent and is not ICA, MFA or a Mission-appointed agent.
- Route confirmed before filing
- We confirm the exact filing party and permitted route for the case; we never invent a sponsor or local contact. If no permitted route can be confirmed, nothing is filed—review the refund policy or contact support.
- You see what is prepared
- You review the prepared Form 14A before filing and receive case and status communication after submission. ICA alone decides visa approval and entry at the checkpoint.

Who we are

- Role
- Independent Singapore visa information, Form 14A preparation and filing-support service.
- What we do
- Fill in and proofread Form 14A, reconcile the supporting documents, and file eligible cases through a route ICA permits.
- What we do not do
- We are not ICA, do not issue visas, and do not guarantee approval or entry.
- Decision maker
- Final visa approval and checkpoint-entry decisions remain with Singapore's ICA.
