Form-only · you file it
A submission-ready Form 14A — you file it yourself
You have someone in Singapore who will submit the application — a local contact or company with SingPass, or you're an agency filing for your own client. We prepare and double-check the Form 14A so it's ready to lodge; you (or your contact) submit it.
Who this is for
- Visa agencies preparing cases for their own clients.
- Travellers whose Singapore relative or host will file it via SingPass.
- Anyone who wants an expert-checked Form 14A but will lodge it themselves.
What you'll need
- A Singapore local contact or company with SingPass to submit it (or you're the agency doing it).
- The applicant's passport data page.
- Travel dates and a Singapore address for the stay.
How it works
- 1
Answer a few questions & pay
Tell us your nationality, dates and plan, then check out securely.
- 2
We prepare & check your Form 14A
You complete your details; we validate them against common refusal reasons.
- 3
You review and file it yourself
You approve the prepared Form 14A, then submit it yourself — through your SingPass-verified local contact in Singapore or an authorised visa agent. We do not file it for you.
Processing is typically 3–4 working days after payment and submission to ICA. A visa never guarantees entry — ICA officers decide at the checkpoint.

Questions, answered
Getting started
How long does it take to apply?
The quick start takes about a minute — nationality, dates and plan. You complete the full Form 14A details after checkout, and review everything before it's filed.
What do I need before I start?
A passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent passport photo on a white background, your travel dates, a return or onward ticket, and your accommodation booking (hotel or apartment).
Do I need a local contact in Singapore?
Not with us. If you have no local contact with SingPass, our Full-support plan includes filing support — we arrange an eligible route and prepare the Letter of Introduction (V39A) where permitted.
Pricing & payment
Is the price all-in?
Four service plans. The final price of your selected service is shown before checkout; who submits the application and the ICA-fee status are shown separately.
How do I pay?
Securely via Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Stripe emails you an official receipt. For a few nationalities where card checkout isn't available, a specialist arranges a secure payment route.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms depend on the selected plan. Form-only covers preparation and review; the customer or their permitted filer submits it. Plans with filing support include submission only for an eligible, complete and accurate case. The ICA fee is non-refundable after it is paid or the application is submitted. Eligibility for a service-fee refund depends on the plan, the stage and the work already delivered; contact support for a case review. An ICA refusal does not mean the service was not delivered, and ICA decisions are never guaranteed.
About your visa
Do you guarantee approval?
You review the prepared Form 14A before filing and receive case and status communication after submission. ICA alone decides visa approval and entry at the checkpoint.
How will I get my visa?
As a PDF by email once ICA issues it. Print it and carry it with your passport. A visa doesn't guarantee entry; ICA officers decide at the checkpoint.
About us
Are you the government / ICA?
No. VisatoSingapore is not ICA or a government website. We independently prepare Form 14A, review documents and support eligible filing through a permitted route.
How is my data protected?
Your details and passport images are encrypted (AES-256) and processed under Singapore's PDPA. We ask consent before collecting anything, and you can withdraw it.
