सिंगापुर visa documents checklist: Form 14A से पहले क्या तैयार करें

Singapore visit-visa application उतनी ही मजबूत होती है जितने उसके पीछे के documents। Checklist का मतलब सिर्फ files जुटाना नहीं, बल्कि ऐसे documents रखना है जो एक-दूसरे से मिलते हों।

अपने travel document के लिए official ICA requirements से शुरू करें, फिर application को एक consistent story के around बनाएं: कौन यात्रा कर रहा है, कब, कहां रहेगा, trip कैसे funded है, और Singapore से कैसे निकलेगा।

Passport intended departure from Singapore के बाद कम से कम छह महीने valid होना चाहिए, और Form 14A के identity fields passport को exactly copy करें। Name order, middle names, passport number, date of birth, nationality, issue date और expiry date check करें। नाम को छोटा या 'सुधार' कर न लिखें।

Plain white background पर recent passport-style colour photo तैयार करें, साथ में confirmed return या onward travel। Ticket applicant के अपने नाम पर हो और form में declared arrival/departure dates से match करे। Search screenshot या unpaid hold, real booking से कमजोर होता है।

Hotel booking पूरे stay को cover करे, या उस host का address दें जिससे आप सच में मिलने जा रहे हैं। Funds evidence simple और explainable रखें: recent bank statements, income proof या sponsor support जो trip cost से मेल खाए। अगर local contact required है, तो real person या authorised route इस्तेमाल करें, placeholder नहीं।

Common delays छोटी contradictions से आती हैं: spouse के नाम पर ticket, hotel booking जो एक रात कम है, passport और bank statement में नाम की अलग spelling, या Form 14A departure date जो onward ticket से match नहीं करती।

ये mistakes यह prove नहीं करतीं कि trip genuine नहीं है, लेकिन reviewer को रुकना पड़ता है। इसलिए document review submission से पहले जरूरी है, ICA के file देखने के बाद नहीं।

Documents को साथ रखकर names, dates, passport numbers, addresses और contact details check करें। Fees और procedures बदल सकते हैं, और ICA authority है, इसलिए किसी भी checklist पर भरोसा करने से पहले current official requirement verify करें।
