Approved institution द्वारा स्वीकार किए जाने के बाद Student's Pass ICA SOLAR e-Service के तय क्रम से चलता है। यहाँ steps का क्रम, हर चरण में तैयारी, और आगमन के बाद बची formalities दी गई हैं।
Student's Pass का कठिन भाग अक्सर form नहीं, बल्कि घटनाओं का क्रम होता है। जब तक foreign students लेने के लिए registered institution आपको स्वीकार नहीं करती, कुछ शुरू नहीं होता; फिर process institution और Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) मिलकर चलाते हैं। यह guide sequence समझाता है ताकि हर point पर आपकी जिम्मेदारी स्पष्ट रहे।
नीचे के steps को map मानें, fixed requirements checklist नहीं। आपके institution का international student office binding instructions देता है, और ICA की official Student's Pass guidance तय करती है कि आपके course के लिए वास्तव में क्या चाहिए।
Step 1 — जगह सुरक्षित करें और accept करें
सब कुछ approved institution के confirmed offer पर निर्भर करता है। आप Student's Pass application speculative तरीके से या accepted होने से पहले lodge नहीं कर सकते, इसलिए पहला काम acceptance पाना और school द्वारा बताए तरीके से respond करना है।
Step 2 — Institution द्वारा SOLAR registration
आपकी school SOLAR में आपका application register करती है, जो ICA का online Student's Pass system है। यह institution का कदम है, आपका नहीं: वे आपके details enter करते हैं और आपके लिए e-application खोलते हैं। Registration के बाद आमतौर पर reference और login information मिलती है; न मिले तो international student office से follow up करें।
Step 3 — e-application (eForm 16) complete करें
Registration खुलने पर आप ICA e-Service में log in करके application का अपना भाग, सामान्यतः eForm 16, और ICA द्वारा मांगे supporting items submit करते हैं। Institution द्वारा दी window में submit करें; miss करने पर registration फिर से करना पड़ सकता है।
Step 4 — Documents तैयार करें
शुरू करने से पहले passport details, institution acceptance, और ICA specifications के अनुरूप recent passport-style photographs तैयार रखें। ICA या school further evidence मांग सकते हैं। Exact set institution और course के अनुसार बदलता है, इसलिए generic list नहीं, school की document checklist follow करें।
Step 5 — In-Principle Approval और travel
ICA application review करता है और approved होने पर In-Principle Approval (IPA) issue करता है। IPA आपको study purpose से सिंगापुर travel करने देता है; इस यात्रा के लिए entry visa भी चाहिए या नहीं, यह nationality पर निर्भर है और अलग से तय होता है, इसलिए unsure हों तो अपने passport को हमारी visa pages पर check करें।
Step 6 — Arrival के बाद formalities complete करें
IPA पर आना अंत नहीं है। Physical Student's Pass बनवाने के लिए issuance formalities complete करनी होती हैं; अधिकतर cases में pass card issue होने से पहले in person attend करना पड़ता है, जैसे biometrics के लिए। Institution appointment coordinate करता है और बताता है कि क्या लाना है।
ICA हर application को उसके merits पर assess करता है, इसलिए steps को सही order में करना odds बेहतर करता है लेकिन outcome guarantee नहीं करता। School instructions और ऐसे summary में फर्क हो तो school और ICA को follow करें।
